This policy outlines Ramtech's shipping and delivery practices for our IT hardware products.


Shipping Policy

At Ramtech.live, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent delivery experience for all our customers across South Africa.

1. Shipping Areas & Costs

  • Coverage: We ship to all addresses within the Republic of South Africa, including major cities and regional/outlying areas.

  • Shipping Fee: FREE for all orders nationwide. There are no hidden handling fees or surcharges at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (SAST), Monday – Friday.

  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered via our trusted courier partners (e.g., The Courier Guy, RAM, or Fastway).

  • Major Centres: 2 – 4 business days (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, East London).

  • Regional & Outlying Areas: 3 – 7 business days.

  • Total Delivery Window: Most customers receive their orders within 3 – 9 business days from the date of purchase.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

We provide door-to-door delivery. Please ensure you provide a physical address where someone is available to sign for the package between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Postnet Suites.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Once a tracking number has been generated, we can no longer redirect the package.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within 24 hours of receipt. If a package is confirmed lost by our courier partner, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
