Return & Refund Policy
At Ramtech.live, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your item is delivered.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition Requirements for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging (including all manuals, cables, and accessories).

The seals on software, high-end components (CPUs/RAM), or consumables must not be broken.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the incorrect item, Ramtech.live will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a "change of mind," you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Downloadable software products or digital licenses.

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Send an email to andre@ramtechza.co.za with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and the appropriate return address: 38 Ebeling Street, La Mercy, 4399.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
6. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

Method: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, EFT, or Payfast).

Timing: Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
